Paul Roberts
Paul’s involvement in the world of internal communication began nearly twenty years ago when he joined MCA (now Brand Union).
In 2004, Paul founded Ibis Communication which has now re-branded as Dialogue. Throughout this time, Paul’s goal has remained simple – to combine strategic guidance with practical support right across the internal communication spectrum.
Paul has worked with a broad range clients during that time. Most recently these have been in the pharmaceutical sector but also include Vodafone, Heineken, National Grid, Cisco, Coca Cola Enterprises, Estee Lauder, Standard Chartered Bank and the UN.
Paul’s passion is helping a client to really understand any communication challenge they face and to work with them to solve it. He also loves all things measurement and in 2011 co-founded ICEmarq® an online internal communication measurement service.
